Safety Commitment
We have developed and maintained an extensive training program that we believe to be superior to other electrical contractors in the area and throughout Michigan. To give our customers the quality installation they deserve and to ensure the safety of our employees, ICC Electric is committed to annually invest in the best equipment and training available in the market.
In addition to the Safe 2 Work program, we have our own extensive training program. It includes; fall projection, ladder safety, personal protective equipment, lock out/tag out, hazard communication, emergency action, NEC update, and monthly tool box talks. We know the importance of professional training in our industry and are very proactive in this area.
Safety is a top priority to ICC Electric and to our customers. We are committed to the successful implementation and continuous improvements to our program. Our safety program is a management driven program that has been built through a cooperative effort on behalf of every employee of ICC Electric.
We have a Safety Committee that consists of field supervisors who are actively involved in monitoring our programs so that we continually improve our safety policies and procedures. ICC Electric’s field supervisors take pride in attending all safety meetings and maintain open communications with our customers and employees.
Over the past years in the industry, we believe we have perfected a safety program that works. Our Safety Committee has found that quality safety training continually helps to prevent injuries and allow our employees to return home as safe as they arrived.
